Service Guarantee & Refund
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 7 days after your service has been performed. We are committed to what we call a “redo” to have you back in the salon to try and resolve any issues you have with your hair since the last appointment. We do not offer any refunds or any “redo” services after 7 days, any contact after the 7 day period will not be at our cost.
